Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProjMint ("ProjMint," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit this website, submit the advisor form, use our privacy controls, or contact us.

This policy covers landing.projmint.com and related ProjMint landing pages that link to this policy.

Information we collect

Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

How we use information

We use information to respond and arrange conversations; understand event-rental needs; operate, secure and improve the site; measure marketing performance; prevent abuse; and comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not use form responses for unrelated purposes.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

Google Analytics is enabled by default on this U.S.-focused landing page. Meta Pixel is also enabled by default unless your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal. You can turn either tool off at any time using Privacy settings. Opting out will not prevent you from accessing the site.

We use Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to visits and form submissions. ProjMint does not use website visitor audiences from this site for retargeting. Meta processes the information it receives under its own privacy policy. Some state laws may still treat the transfer of data to Meta as “sharing.” We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and privacy choices

When you change the default settings, we remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. While these tools are on, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may store small files called cookies in your browser to recognize visits and measure website and advertising activity. Use Privacy settings to turn either service on or off at any time. When you turn a service off, we remove the cookies it placed on this site that we can access.

We treat Global Privacy Control as a refusal of Meta advertising measurement. We do not otherwise respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals. Other parties may collect activity over time and across sites while their tools are enabled.

When we disclose information

We disclose only the information each provider needs:

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of visitors, ProjMint or others.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions and campaign information while the research is active, maintaining relevant follow-up, securing the service and meeting reasonable legal or recordkeeping needs. We then delete or deidentify them. Google and Meta retain information they receive according to their own settings and privacy policies. Turning a tool off on this site does not delete information they previously received.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information. You can also turn off analytics or advertising measurement at any time using Privacy settings. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally permitted. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. To submit a request or appeal our response, email us@iterro.io.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administrator access, but no system is completely secure. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and post material changes prominently on the site. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to us@iterro.io.
